Welcome to the Gates Mills Improvement Society web page.
 
                For over 120 years, the Improvement Society has served as a supporting organization for our Village.  We sponsor the Fourth of July parade and festivities, the Christmas bonfire and Santa visit, regular concerts and many other activities and events.  We also coordinate—for over 50 years—the annual Holiday Bonus program for Village employees, as a way of thanking those employees for all that they do for our community.
